Approve, quote, schedule, dispatch, do, check. Each person sees their step, on a phone if they are in the field. Reminders go out by text and email on their own.
Take the payment in Stripe, post the invoice to QuickBooks, send the receipt, schedule the follow-up. Reports your bookkeeper and your manager both trust.

If what you use is not here, it almost certainly has an API or an export. I have never needed to have seen a system before to connect it.

An hour on Zoom, or $550 for a half day at your desk in NYC, Jersey City, Hoboken and nearby, travel included. We look at the real systems and you leave with a scope or a fix.
Builds are quoted with a written scope after I have seen the data. Part up front, balance on delivery. Changes quoted before they are done.
Code, accounts, hosting and credentials in your name, with notes. I do not need leverage to get you to come back.
