AI and software help for Long Island businesses, without the agency.
Nassau and western Suffolk on site by arrangement. Everything else on Zoom, same day.
Long Island runs on established businesses: distributors in Hauppauge, medical and dental practices from Great Neck to Patchogue, contractors, manufacturers, and professional firms on their second or third owner. These companies have years of data in systems that were never meant to talk to each other, and a lot of hours going into keeping them in sync by hand. That is the problem I have solved for a living, including a pipeline for a federal contractor that turned a week of report reconciliation into a minute.
On-site visits to Long Island are quoted individually rather than at the flat city fee, because the distance varies so much. In practice most Long Island engagements start on Zoom at the standard $150 an hour and add an on-site day when there is hardware, a network, or a whole team to work with.
Where the time goes on Long Island
Reconciling vendor reports against the ERP. Re-keying orders from email into the order system. Pulling a month-end package out of three tools. Chasing insurance and compliance paperwork. Each of those is a few hours a week for someone, and each is the kind of job I automate: data in, transform, data out, into whatever system you already run. I do not need to have seen your specific software before; I need the export and the import.
Training for the office, not the engineers
Most Long Island clients do not have developers, and they do not need to hire one. The person who runs the office can learn to direct an AI tool and verify its work. One-to-one sessions on Zoom are the usual starting point; a half-day Unleashing AI seminar for the whole office is the next step; the thirteen-week Bootcamp is for the person you want to own this permanently.
When I come out
Network and hardware work, a team seminar, or the kick-off of a larger build are the usual reasons for an on-site day. My background started in hardware installation, so if the job includes cabling, cameras or a server closet, that is not a problem. Tell me the town and the day and I will quote the travel.
Three ways to start
- Book a session. $150 an hour or $375 for three, Zoom or on-site with travel quoted. Book here.
- Learn to do it yourself. The 13-week Bootcamp ($4,500 once or $1,650/month for three), the Unleashing AI seminar, or The Forge, which is free.
- Get a system installed. Orchestration Setup puts a multi-agent AI stack on your own cloud from $500. Larger builds are scoped after a first session.
Questions people in Long Island ask
What does an on-site visit to Long Island cost?
The hourly rate is the same $150; the travel is quoted per visit based on where you are. Nassau is usually modest, eastern Suffolk is a day trip and priced that way.
Can you work with our existing ERP or practice-management system?
Almost certainly. Every system I have met has an export, an API, or a database. I have connected to ERPs I had never seen before under deadline and that is the normal case, not the exception.
We are seasonal. Can an engagement be short?
Yes. A single three-hour session with a fixed-price follow-up is the most common shape, and there is no retainer unless you want ongoing support.
