I am based in Jersey City. New York City, Jersey City and Hoboken get a flat $50 on-site fee on top of the $150/hr rate. Further out, travel is quoted per visit, and Zoom is always the same price with no fee.

Washington Street, the waterfront, Stevens, the Terminal. Light rail or a short walk from Newport.

Nassau and western Suffolk on site by arrangement. Everything else on Zoom, same day.

Hudson and Bergen at the flat fee. Newark, the Route 1 corridor, Princeton and Morristown by arrangement.
New Jersey details →Somewhere else? Westchester, Connecticut, Philadelphia and anywhere on Zoom are all fine. Send a note with the town and I will quote the travel.
