Learn to direct AI. Not to be replaced by it.
Four formats, one standard: you leave having built something real that runs, with the person who builds this for a living sitting next to you, on a call or in the room. Pick by how much time and money you want to commit.
Which one fits.
| Format | Price | Time | Best for | Where | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1:1 session | $150/hr · $375/3 hr | 1 to 3 hours, repeatable | One hard problem, your own project, a weekly slot | Zoom, or on-site (+$50 in NYC, Jersey City, Hoboken) | Book → |
| The Bootcamp | $4,500 · $1,650/mo × 3 | 13 weeks | Becoming the person who builds and directs AI systems | Jersey City with Bright Horizon Institute, remote for lectures | Reserve → |
| Unleashing AI seminar | $199 prep session | About 4 hours, live | Groups and first-timers who want to direct a real agent once | Zoom, or on-site for a team | Details → |
| The Forge | Free | Self-paced | Trying the terminal before committing to anything | Browser, no signup wall | Start → |
Thirteen weeks. Your project. You build it.
Taught with Bright Horizon Institute in Jersey City. You bring a cloud instance, a Claude subscription and Fire API access, all of which cost a few dollars a month and are set up before day one so setup time never counts against your thirteen weeks. By the end you have a real application you built by directing AI agents, and the judgment to know when they are wrong.
The curriculum is the one I use myself: engineering rather than coding, context versus content, SQL and Postgres, the agent as model plus tools plus context, Fire and the vault, retrieval and vector search, authentication and cloud concepts, and a capstone you keep. Lectures are recorded; hands-on days are better in the room.

An hour with the problem on the screen.
The most direct format. You bring the project, the codebase, the spreadsheet or the idea; we work it live. Screen-share on Zoom or side by side at your desk. Good for a single hard problem, for getting unstuck on something an AI tool half-built for you, or as a standing weekly slot while you build something of your own.
$150 an hour, $375 for a three-hour block. On-site adds a flat $50 travel fee in New York City, Jersey City and Hoboken; elsewhere I quote the travel. Evenings and weekends are often possible.
Message first if you would rather talk before paying. Same form.
Direct a live agent once, and the frame changes.
A live, half-day session with Bright Horizon Institute. You personally direct an AI agent to build something, watch it design its own working memory, pull real data and build your own analysis from it. The prep session covers the command line, servers and SSH for people newer to them, so nobody walks in cold.
Groups and teams can have it delivered on site. Tell me the group size and what you want them to walk out able to do.
Free. No signup wall. Start with the terminal.
Try-first practice rather than lecture. Every lesson starts with a blank prompt and a task; the terminal tutorial is live now and more modules follow the Bootcamp curriculum. Sign in with Google only if you want your progress remembered.
Questions people ask before they book.
I am not a programmer. Which one?
A 1:1 session or the seminar prep track. Most people who run an office, a practice or a small business get further in three hours than they expect, because the goal is directing a tool and checking its work, not writing code from scratch.
I already code. Is the Bootcamp too basic?
No. The curriculum is about engineering judgment around agents: context, tools, data, authentication, cost control, and knowing when the model is wrong. Developers tend to move faster through it and build a bigger capstone.
Can my company pay?
Yes. Checkout produces a receipt, and I can invoice a company directly for the Bootcamp or a team seminar. Call or email to arrange it.
What do I need?
A laptop. For the Bootcamp, a small cloud instance, a Claude subscription and Fire API access, set up before day one. For a 1:1, whatever you are working on.
